-Details of cake, decorations, head-table, guest book table
-Key Speakers / Notable Guests / Bridal Party
-Candid Potraits of guests throughout the evening
-Cake Cutting, Garter Toss & First 3 Dances
-Additional dance pictures/guest pictures done as time permits
-Coverage included to 10:30pm
Additional Coverage
$500 Second Photographer for additional coverage (multi-angles) at all locations as booked with your package, all additional images taken are added to your full resolution dvd
$250 Large Bridal Party (more than 12 people including Bride, Groom, and all Bridesmaids/Groomsmen)
$200 Additional Formals Location
$150 Candid Portraits taken during Wedding Rehearsal
$150 Portraits done at Groom's Home (day of wedding-time permitting to be done sequentially with Bride's prep location is chosen. If second photographer booked for the day they can be done simultaneously)
$50 Each Additional 1/2 Hour of Coverage at Reception past 10:30 pm
Travel Expenses
A Charge of $0.35/km will be added to your final invoice for travel exceeding 10km outside of the City of Edmonton Limits.
If your wedding is greater than 45 km out of town and your package includes reception coverage, a hotel will be booked and the charge will be added to your final invoice.
Essential Photography provides their own means of transportation and books their own accomodations
